Orders & Payments
How can I place an order?
You can order directly through our official website — jfgbd.com.
Simply browse your favorite jeans, select your size, add to cart, and proceed to checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh, as well as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for online payments.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can request a change or cancellation by contacting us through info@jfgbd.com or via our Facebook page within 12 hours of placing your order.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
For most locations in Bangladesh, delivery takes:
- Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 2–4 working days
What are your delivery charges?
Delivery fees depend on your location. Inside Dhaka usually costs ৳80, and outside Dhaka ৳130 depending on the courier.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use this number to check your order status with the courier service.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 3-day easy exchange policy for size or product issues, as long as the jeans are unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Simply contact us at info@jfgbd.com or message us on our social channels.
Please include your order ID, reason for return, and product photos for quick processing.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued only in special cases, such as damaged products or out-of-stock situations. In most cases, we provide an exchange or store credit.
Size & Fit
How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart with waist, hip, and length measurements.
If you’re unsure, you can message us your height and weight — our team will help you choose the perfect fit.
Do JFG jeans shrink after washing?
Our jeans are pre-washed and pre-shrunk, meaning they’ll maintain their size and fit even after multiple washes.
Product Care
How should I wash my jeans?
To keep your jeans looking new:
- Wash inside out in cold water.
- Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.
- Air dry instead of machine drying.
- For dark jeans, wash separately to prevent color transfer.
How can I make my jeans last longer?
Avoid frequent washing — instead, spot clean when needed.
Hang them in fresh air after wearing to remove odor and maintain fabric strength.

All JFG jeans are proudly made in Bangladesh in our own production facility with skilled local tailors and quality control at every stage.

Currently, we operate mainly online through jfgbd.com, but we’re expanding into select retail locations soon.
