  1. Policy Overview

All returns or exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery in Bangladesh. If more than 5 days have passed since you received the item, we cannot offer a refund, but exchanges may be possible at our discretion.

  1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Your item must satisfy all of the following:

  • It must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • If the item is defective (e.g. stitching defects, wrong sizing, color issues, damage in transit), we will accept it for refund or exchange.
  • For change-of-mind returns (you just changed your decision), the item must still meet the above conditions.

  1. What We Cannot Accept

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or modified.
  • Items where tags are removed or packaging is damaged.
  • Any product not received in the condition it was delivered.

  1. Process to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us via info@jfgbd.com (or support through our website) with your order number, product name, and reason (with photos if it’s a defect or damage).
  2. Our support team will respond within 24 hours to guide you through the return/exchange process.
  3. Ship the item back to our address (we will provide the address). Make sure to use secure packaging.

  1. Who Pays Shipping

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, JFG will cover return shipping costs.
  • For change of mind or wrong size, customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item qualifies for a free-return offer.

  1. Timeline for Refunds / Replacements

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 48-72 hours.
  • If approved, exchanges will be processed and shipped within 2-4 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5-7 working days after approval.

  1. Refunds

  • Refund amount will exclude any shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).
  • Sale items / discounted items may have different conditions (if applicable, state them).
